Key Maker is a very small yet very helpful application which allows you to convert a phrase into a secret password. Key Maker can be used to create a number of complicated and hard to guess passwords. The main advantage is that the users do not have to worry about forgetting their passwords. The Key Maker software just requires a phrase to be provided by the users. This phrase is further used in creating passwords. The finally created password is hard to guess and even remember. The users can get back their password if they type in the phrase which they inputted at the time of creating their password, again into the Key Maker software. The users can also specify two more parameters which include a Password description and a Username. The finally generated password is dependent on these two parameters also. You can also provide the number of characters in the password. Furthermore, you can also specify if the digits are allowed with the password or not. A different password is generated for the same key phrase with the digits option turned on. The main advantage of using the Key Maker software is that the passwords generated by one version will be the same with all the other versions of the software. So even if the users do not have the same version of Key Maker by which they created their passwords, They can get it back using any other version of the software.
